NOTE: This is a modified version of the Pro Lane Agility where the Paint is 16’ wide.

Set up the cones as depicted in the picture above. The simple way to explain this test is you should always be facing the baseline.

From the starting position, run forward to the baseline. At the first cone, side shuffle to the right across the baseline. Once you hit the other side of the foul lane, back pedal to the foul line, and then side shuffle left back towards the start line. Touch the floor even with the starting cone, then reverse direction to return back through the course.

The clock starts on first movement and stops when you cross the finish line.
